Pengudang Bintan Mangrove is famous for ecotourism in Pengudang Village, Bintan Regency.

This tourism is managed by a community group from among fishermen, namely Iwan Winarto as the leader of the community group managing the Pengudang Bintan Mangrove tourism.

Exploring the beauty of the mangrove forest for 4 kilometers by speedboat and seeing the charm of the lush mangrove trees really soothes the soul.

Apart from crossing the dense forest, you will also be taken to see other views.

Starting from the white sand on Pengudang Beach, the vast seagrass fields, as well as the exotic Batu Junjung and Batu Arang which will be guided by local youth who are experienced and make their living as fishermen.

There are dozens of types of mangroves that grow in Pengudang Bintan Mangrove, such as Rhizophora, Bruguiera, Xylocarpus species. There are also other plants, such as pandan and palm.

The Bintan Mangrove Pengudang Tour was launched to campaign for environmental conservation.

Apart from that, it is also to protect the sustainability, ecosystem and habitat of mangrove trees from natural damage.

Behind the dense mangrove forest, this tourist spot is a conservation area for dugongs, seahorses, turtles and seagrass beds that stretches for 18 kilometers.
